At OSTYNTATIOUS, I don't just make press-on nails. I curate wearable art. Every set is an opportunity to create something that feels uniquely yours, whether that's a reimagined version of a previous design or a completely custom concept inspired by your style, aesthetic, and vision.
While you can absolutely order a set you've seen before, every OSTYNTATIOUS set is handcrafted and individually created. If you choose not to customize your design, I'll create a version inspired by the listing photos, but minor variations in color placement, artwork details, embellishments, and overall design should be expected. No two sets are ever completely identical, and that's part of what makes each OSTYNTATIOUS creation unique.

I love bringing your ideas to life, and most customizations can be accommodated. If your requested changes require additional materials, advanced artwork, specialty embellishments, or significantly more design time, there may be an additional charge.
If that's the case, I'll reach out to discuss your options. You can either:
- Approve the upgraded design and receive an updated cart reflecting the additional cost, or
- Adjust the customization details to better fit your original budget.
My goal is always to create something you'll love while respecting the price point you're comfortable with. No surprise charges, no guesswork, just collaboration to create a set that's uniquely yours.

To ensure the best possible fit, you have two sizing options:
Option 1: Sizing Kit ($3)
Want the most precise fit possible? I'll send you a sizing kit before I begin creating your set.
Once you've measured each nail, click the chat button and type "Contact Austyn." You'll be prompted to enter your name and email so I know who I'm speaking with. In your message, please include:
- Your order number
- The size of each finger on both hands
I'll personally use those measurements to ensure your set is crafted specifically for your unique fit.
Option 2: Photo Sizing
Upload clear photos of your nails on the cart page when placing your order. I'll use those photos to size your set as accurately as possible. If I have any questions, I'll reach out before beginning your custom set.

You'll be prompted to enter your name and email before sending your message. To help me locate your order quickly, please include your order number in all order-related messages.
As long as your set has not been completed, I'll do my best to accommodate reasonable changes to your design, colors, sizing, or details.
Need to cancel? You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that period, work may have already begun on your custom design and materials may have been allocated specifically for your order.

Every OSTYNTATIOUS set is handcrafted and customized specifically for you. Because each order involves custom design work, artistic craftsmanship, and made-to-order production, all sales are final after the 24-hour cancellation period.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges cannot be offered once production has begun. When you place an order, you're reserving creative time dedicated to designing and creating a piece that's uniquely yours.
